Unique Helicoil insert prevents the adjustment knob from coming loose ensuring the grind setting does not change during use. The mechanism is made from case hardened steel. The grind is adjusted by turning the top nut: turn it clockwise (tighten) for a finer grind; counter-clockwise (loosen) for a coarser grind. Lifetime warranty on mechanism.
